For some reason, people problems that plague the American workplace just seem to get worse and worse. Why aren’t things getting better? Employee turnover is increasing; and employee engagement and length of job tenure is decreasing despite all of the job boards, technology, killer apps, big data, recruiting software and expert advice. I’d suggest that doing the same things over and over never produces different results.
