Early in my career, I served as the Director of Onsite Sales for the #1business seminar, audio and video training company in the U.S.  Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work directly with some of the nation’s top trainers, authors, teachers, CEO’s, coaches, athletes and motivators.  Watching and working with these “on purpose” people has shown me that succeeding in business takes more than reading a self-help book, knowing what to do, or just hoping for the best.  It takes hard work, dedication, sound financial decisions, a bottom-line orientation, good coaching and planning – and great people - to achieve your dreams and goals.

As a certified assessment consultant, with over 10 years of assessment and coaching experience, and over 23 years of executive-level entrepreneurial sales and marketing experience in various industries, I’ve helped clients in a variety of businesses and faith-based organizations.   As a co-founder of 3 successful businesses, I understand the challenges of managing employees, budgets, customers and market strategies in order to be successful in an ever-changing competitive environment.

Unlike many HR consulting firms, we understand the unique needs of faith-based organizations, too. 

For the last 15 years, I’ve worked with faith-based organizations such as Campus Crusade for Christ, Focus on the Family, Fellowship of Christian Athletes and Dare2Share.  I understand ministry from the inside, and stay sharp by doing executive coaching and leading weekly Bible studies for CEO’s and other business and community leaders.
