Founder & President, On Purpose Enterprises

Thanks for taking the time to check out On Purpose Enterprises.  A successful business owner once told me, “My assets go home at 5:00.”   Today, many businesses work 24/7 to serve customers, but those words still ring true. Having a ‘people strategy’ in place that allows you to take charge when your competitors are struggling can mean the difference between success and failure, profit and loss.

In the last few years, ‘normal’ got turned on its head.  A younger work force that thinks and works differently is coming.  The older “success-to-significance” crowd is growing.  Each of these distinctly separate workforces must be recruited, selected, managed and engaged in a very different way.  How will you adjust to this unstable, ever-changing marketplace?  Are you prepared?  How will you find and keep the people you’ll need in order to grow and compete?

Early in my career, I served as the Director of Onsite Sales for the #1business seminar, audio and video training company in the U.S.  Since then, I’ve had the opportunity to work directly with some of the nation’s top business experts, trainers, authors, teachers, CEO’s, coaches, athletes and motivators.  Watching and working with these “on purpose” people has shown me that succeeding in business takes more than reading a self-help book, knowing what to do, or just hoping for the best.  It takes hard work, dedication, sound financial decisions, a bottom-line orientation, good coaching and planning – and great people – to achieve your dreams and goals.

As a certified assessment consultant, with over 14 years of assessment and coaching experience, and over 25 years of executive-level entrepreneurial sales and marketing experience in various industries, I’ve helped clients in a variety of businesses and non-profit organizations. As a co-founder of 3 successful businesses, I understand the challenges of managing employees, budgets, customers and market strategies in order to be successful in an ever-changing competitive environment.

Our clients are large and small, some with many and some with few employees, in diverse industries, but all have one thing in common: a desire to improve their bottom line and get the most from their people.
